Refund Policy - the basics
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
We aim to provide reliable digital solutions and services tailored to your business. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and service issues are handled.
1. Services
Our services include website design and development, hosting, maintenance, POS systems, online ordering, digital support, integrations and other digital business solutions.
The terms of each project or service will be agreed with you before work begins. This may include the services provided, pricing, payment schedule, estimated timeframe and any ongoing fees.
2. Project Payments
Payments for website development, setup, configuration, integrations and other custom work relate to work carried out specifically for your business.
Once work has started, any refund will take account of work already completed and any third-party costs or services purchased specifically for your project.
If you cancel a project before work begins, we will review the circumstances and refund any amount due, subject to any agreed terms or non-refundable third-party costs.
3. Ongoing Services
For ongoing services such as hosting, maintenance, support or subscriptions, cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid period unless your agreement states otherwise.
Fees already paid for a period of service will generally not be refundable solely because you decide to stop using the service.
Where a service has not been provided as agreed, your statutory rights will apply.
4. Problems With Our Services
If a service does not work as agreed, please contact us as soon as possible and explain the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the problem within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience where required by law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may involve correcting the issue, supplying the service again, providing a price reduction or providing a refund where you have a legal right to one.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
5. Online Consumer Cancellations
Where Irish consumer cancellation rights apply, you generally have 14 days to cancel a service contract purchased online without giving a reason.
Some exceptions apply. These include certain customised services and services which have been fully provided where you expressly agreed to the service starting during the cancellation period and acknowledged that you would lose your cancellation right once the service was fully provided.
If you ask us to begin providing a service during the 14-day cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service provided before cancellation, where permitted by law.
6. Custom Websites and Digital Solutions
Websites, integrations, configurations and other digital solutions may be customised specifically for your business.
Where a service falls within an exception to the statutory cancellation right, the cancellation right may not apply. We will provide the required information before you enter into the contract.
Any refund rights relating to a service that does not conform to the agreed requirements remain unaffected.
7. Refund Processing
Where you are legally entitled to a refund, we will process the refund within the timeframe required by Irish law.
Unless you agree otherwise, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment.
We will not charge a fee for processing a refund where the law requires us to provide one.
8. Third-Party Services
Some of our services may depend on third-party providers, including hosting providers, payment providers, POS providers, software providers, domain registrars and other technology providers.
Where you purchase a third-party service through us, the third party's own terms may also apply.
We will not describe a third-party charge as refundable where the third party does not provide a refund, unless we have agreed otherwise with you or Irish law requires us to provide one.
9. Business Customers
Where you purchase our services for business purposes rather than as a consumer, different contractual terms may apply.
Our business customers will receive the applicable terms for their service or project before entering into the agreement.
Nothing in this section removes any rights that apply to you under applicable law.
10. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the contact details provided on our website.

-

11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or replaces any statutory rights you have under Irish or European consumer protection law.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the applicable law will take priority.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services or applicable law.
The version published on our website will show the date of the latest update.
